Princeton University
Founded in 1746, Princeton University is a private, highly selective, Ivy League, the fourth oldest higher education institution in the nation, and one of the original nine colonial colleges. Princeton features a liberal arts education in the Humanities, Engineering, Natural Sciences, and Social Sciences. The university employs Innovative Learning through the Tim McGraw Center for Teaching and Learning, Princeton Online, “Flipped Classrooms,” and the Council on Science and Technology, as well as through the more than 100 Learning Abroad programs for undergraduates. Outside of the classroom, Princeton offers a unique array of extracurriculars, including the Trenton Circus Squad, a belly dance troupe called Raks Odalisque, and the Princeton Racing Electric team.
